GL Homes Targets North Palm Beach County

GL Homes a Sunrise-based homebuilder is targeting northern Palm Beach County for the very first time. Beginning this weekend they will be starting a sale of 193 lots in The Preserve at Bay Hill Estates, featuring homes ranging from the $400,000s to the $700,000s with two models available for tours. Opening at 10 a.m. through 6 p.m. on Saturday January 7th, the development will remain open seven days a week. Known for its communities on the west coast of Florida and southern Palm Beach County, GL Homes will be turning 36 this year. Next month, they will be opening a new luxury home community called The Bridges in the Delray Beach area.
